Consumer Research: Conducted in-depth interviews to understand consumer concerns and perceptions about whole-home repiping.
Brand Strategy: Developed a brand strategy that emphasizes Repipe Specialists' expertise, minimizes disruption fears, and highlights their national reach with a local touch.
TV Commercial Development: Ideated and tested TV commercial concepts featuring "Pete the Plumber" as a relatable character representing the company.
Production Management: Created a production book and reviewed rehearsals to ensure a high-quality TV commercial that effectively communicated the brand message.
IMPACT: The new brand strategy and marketing materials addressed consumer concerns, established a strong brand identity, and positioned Repipe Specialists for continued growth.
