Educating Providers on Value Based Care
CHALLENGE: As health care shifts away from fee-for-service models, Optum needed to grow its base of providers and educate new ones on adopting its Value Based Care (VBC) approach.
SOLUTION: We developed a dedicated microsite to educate potential providers about Optum’s VBC approach, guiding them on how to join the team and providing necessary resources.
MY ROLE:
Research: Conducted extensive research on VBC to understand the needs of providers transitioning to this model.
Wireframes: Created wireframes based on insights from research, focusing on the needs of providers looking to adopt a VBC approach.
Development Leadership: Led the development of the microsite, ensuring adherence to Optum’s new brand guidelines.
Client Management: Managed client reviews and budget, ensuring project alignment with Optum’s goals
Cross-Functional Coordination: Worked cross-functionally with writers, designers, and developers to ensure the timely launch of the microsite.
IMPACT: The microsite effectively educated potential providers and streamlined the recruitment process, enhancing Optum’s VBC initiatives.
