Adapting to Pandemic Challenges
CHALLENGE: In 2020, just before the pandemic, we were scheduled to film two national TV commercials for Aimovig, a migraine medication. With the onset of the pandemic and subsequent lockdown, we faced the challenge of safely creating these commercials.
SOLUTION: We developed new concepts using stock footage to create the commercials while adhering to pandemic restrictions.

Concept Development: Coordinated the development of new concepts and strategized storylines that utilized stock footage.
Client Management: Managed client expectations regarding the new production methodology and created flexible timelines for various scenarios.
Rights Coordination: Coordinated the acquisition of rights for stock footage, music, and voiceovers.
Compliance: Led legal and medical reviews to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
Creative Testing: Managed creative testing of concepts to ensure the final product resonated with the target market.
Media Coordination: Coordinated airtime with a media placement agency.
